Business Junction is delighted to be returning to the Swan Bar & Restaurant at the Globe Theatre, overlooking the Thames, and more than 60 business guests will attend this special lunch event.

The Globe Theatre, originally built in 1599 by William Shakespeare's playing company, re-opened in 1997 and is a reconstruction of the original theatre.

Our lunch event will be held in the Balcony Room on the first floor at the adjacent Swan at the Globe Bar and Restaurant. Greeted by professional business hosts, everyone receives a fully detailed attendee sheet on arrival making post-event follow-ups easy. Complimentary drinks and then the following delicious hot fork buffet lunch is served at 1pm:

Maize-fed pot roasted chicken, warm salad, chorizo, runner beans, coco beans, spring peas, merlot vinegar & labneh

Roast Loch Duart salmon, cow’s heart tomato salsa, basil oil

Shortcrust tart with caramelised onions, goat’s curd, thyme

Jersey royals, melted butter & parsley

Spring leaf salad vinaigrette 

Minted spring peas, breakfast radish, chocolate mint
