Nestled down the enchanting side street featured in the iconic ‘Harry Potter’ opening sequences, The Phoenix Arts Club awaits to infuse your event with a touch of theatrical magic.

A stone’s throw from Leicester Square, this hidden gem is celebrating 3 decades of captivating entertainers. As the West End’s multi-award-winning, independently owned and operated entertainment club, The Phoenix Arts Club promises a unique and unforgettable experience. 

Steeped in history, the club occupies the original dressing and rehearsal rooms of the Phoenix Theatre, where the legendary Laurence Olivier marked his debut in the 1930's with “Private Lives,” alongside Noel Coward and Gertrude Lawrence. If only the walls could speak, the tales they would tell!

There will certainly be some great business tales to tell as always when upwards of 90 guests from a wide variety of business sectors will enjoy exclusive use of this fantastic venue for our business networking lunch event. To help you better prepare, everyone receives a list of attendees 24 hours before the event.

Guests will enjoy complimentary welcome drinks and a substantial buffet lunch comprising:

A selection of canapes followed by:

Spinach & ricotta tortelloni with truffle cream sauce
Garlic chicken kiev with tenderstem brocolli & potato purée
Roasted butternut squash tagine with couscous

Vegan alternatives will also be available

There will also be some surprise entertainment, always a highlight fomr this go-to location for artists from film, TV and, of course, theatre.

Members: £25+VAT | Non-members: £35+VAT

Non-members are always welcome and can attend up to two events to try us out after which they would need to become members to continue attending events. Annual membership is £300+VAT, which can be paid annually or monthly at £25+VAT.
