Our lunches are informal, stand-up fork buffet, mix and mingle affairs so that you can easily meet everyone else in the room.  An attendee list is provided in advance to help you better prepare.

Guests will enjoy complimentary drinks, followed by a substantial hot buffet lunch comprising:

Potato and chickpea chat on wheat crisp. Served with yogurt and tamarind (v)

Vegetable Biryani - seasonal vegetables cooked with basmati rice, saffron and mint, and served with cucumber raita (v)
Murgh Tikka Masala - smoked chicken supreme with tomato and fenugreek sauce
Chicken Biryani - boneless chicken leg with basmati rice, saffron and herbs and served with cucumber raita
Lamb Chettinaad - boneless lamb leg with onion, tomato, curry leaf and Chettinaad spiced pepper.
Malabar Tilapia Curry - tilapia fillets simmered in tomato, tamarind sauce with mustard seeds,
A selection of rice dishes and freshly prepared breads.

Non-members are always welcome and can attend up to two events to try us out after which they would need to become members to continue attending events. Annual membership is £300+VAT, which can be paid annually or monthly at £25+VAT.
